Bighelp National Merit Scholarship is provided to class 10th pass students who belong economically poor background and have an exceptional academic record. This scholarship is aimed towards those academically gifted students who are not able to continue their higher studies after 10th due to financial condition of the family. This is Merit cum Means type scholarship and they will take into consideration the following points.

Eligibility Criteria for Bighelp National Merit Scholarship
- Candidate should be class 10 pass from a Government/Municipal/Zila Parishad/Panchyat school.
- Must have scored above 97% marks in the class 10 board exams.
- Family income should be below INR 100000.
- Those who have passed class 10 from Central Government Schools/Private Schools/Government Aided Private Schools/Boarding Schools, are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.
Selection Criteria
- The candidates for this scholarships are shortlisted by Bighelp through a telephonic interview.
- The application of the candidate is thoroughly studied and decision is made based on academic performance, financial condition, extra curricular activities and other credentials of the student.
Documents Required to Apply for Bighelp Scholarship
- Class 10th mark sheet
- Income Certificate from a competent authority
- Passport size photograph
- Disability certificate (if applicable)
- A hand written application explaining the reason to apply for the scholarship.
How to Apply?
- You need to download and print the application form from the the official website.
- After taking the print out you need to fill the details correctly in the application form with a good quality pen.
- After filling the form just attach it with copy of all the required documents along with the hand written application form.
- You can write the application in any language which suits you.
- After completing all the above steps you need to send the above documents by post to Bighelp office in Hyderabad.
