Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship in association with IIM Bangalore offers Mahatma Gandhi National Felowship program. The fellowship's core objective is to promote skill development and rural employment. At present, the fellowship is only available in a few states like Gujarat, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Meghalaya, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Eligibility Criteria for Mahatma Gandhi National Fellowship Only Indian citizen aged between 21 to 30 is eligible to apply. Should be a Graduate or Post Graduate in fields like Engineering, Medicine, Law, Arts, Science, Commerce, etc. At least 3 years of work experience in a social or non-profit organisation. Must be proficient in the local language of the region. Anyone who has applied for the fellowship previously and hasn't completed the fellowship is not eligible to apply.
