Merck India Charitable Trust Scholarship 2019

Merck India offers a scholarship to underprivileged students residing and studying in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Bengaluru. Those who want to study graduation and belong to a financially weaker section will be eligible to apply for it.


Eligibility Criteria MICT Scholarship

  • Students who have passed class 10th/SSC with more than 80% marks in the current session.
  • Family income should be less than Rs. 20000 per month.
  • The student should be currently residing and studying in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Bengaluru.

Scholarship Amount offered

  • Selected candidates will be offered Rs. 35000 per year till Graduation.

Documents required

  • Attested copy of the class 10th mark sheet.
  • Passport size photograph
  • Family income proof certificate
  • Proof of permanent residence
  • Bank passbook or cancelled cheque

How to Apply

  • You need to apply through their official website
  • Just fill the online application form and upload all the required documents.
  • Just make sure you have filled all the details correctly and submit the application to complete the process.

Important Dates

  • Date of Commencement of Online Application: 16 September 2019
  • Last Date to Apply for the Scholarship: 31 October 2019
  • Scholarship Result Announcement: December 2019

Note: 

  • The final decision will be made by Merck for shortlisting of the candidates for the scholarship. Once a list of shorlisted candidates is announced, it will be the final list with no changes.
  • The organsiation reserves the right to cancel the scholarship if grades of the student starts decreasing.
  • Also, scholarship can be withdrawn if the student is involved in any anti social work or any kind of work which affects the reputation of the organisation.
